Logistics and dispatch services are time-sensitive and may begin immediately after booking.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
  • Upfront payments secure scheduling and resources

4. Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours: Partial refund possible
  • Less than 48 hours: Generally non-refundable
  • Same-day cancellations: Non-refundable

Company Cancellations

If we cancel, a refund or reschedule will be offered.

5. Refund Eligibility

  • Service not delivered as agreed
  • Billing errors
  • Valid cancellations under policy

6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or third parties
