Logistics and dispatch services are time-sensitive and may begin immediately after booking.
3. Deposits & Payments
- Deposits are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Upfront payments secure scheduling and resources
4. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
- More than 48 hours: Partial refund possible
- Less than 48 hours: Generally non-refundable
- Same-day cancellations: Non-refundable
Company Cancellations
If we cancel, a refund or reschedule will be offered.
5. Refund Eligibility
- Service not delivered as agreed
- Billing errors
- Valid cancellations under policy
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or third parties
- Incorrect client information
- Missed appointments
- Completed services
7. Service Modifications
Changes must be requested early and may include additional fees.
8. Chargebacks
Clients must contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized disputes may result in penalties.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
